Will there be anyone else on the property during our stay?
No, you will have total privacy. When you book our home, you are renting the entire 4-bedroom house, including the front porch and exterior spaces. There are no shared indoor rooms, no other guest units, and no on-site staff.

What is the maximum occupancy, and how many people can stay?
Our home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests max. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for families or small groups to unpack and relax. Please note that only the registered guests on your reservation are permitted on the property at any time.
Is parking available at the property?
Yes! Free on-street parking is readily available directly in front of the home along East Duffy Street and facing Dixon Park. There are no meters or parking fees required in this specific zone, meaning you can park for free throughout your entire stay.
Is the kitchen fully equipped with cookware and appliances?
Yes! The kitchen features full-sized appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with essential cookware, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, and a coffee maker so you can easily prepare and enjoy meals at home.
Are linens, pillows, and towels provided?
Yes, absolutely! We provide premium bed linens, plush pillows, and a full set of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for every guest on the reservation. A starter supply of basic toiletries and makeup removal wipes is also included.
Is there a washer and dryer available for guest use?
Yes! We have a full-sized washer and dryer located inside the home. It is completely free for guests to use during their stay.
Are pets allowed?
To preserve our historic home and keep it allergen-free, we cannot host pets. If you need local boarding options in Savannah, please let us know, and we would be happy to share a few recommendations.
Are children allowed?
While we welcome families with older children, our historic home features steep stairs, delicate antique décor, and is not child-proofed. For safety and comfort, our property is best suited for adults and children aged 12 and older.
Can I host a party or event here?
No, we have a strict no-party and no-event policy. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time. This helps us remain good neighbors and comply with local city regulations.

Are there stairs in the home?
Yes. Ola's Oasis is a historic two-story home. There are a few steps to climb to access the front porch and entrance, as well as a full flight of interior stairs to reach the upper-level bedrooms. The property does not feature an elevator, so it may not be ideal for those with limited mobility.
